I can't reproduce as I have credit on my account now. Will investigate more next week

I'll setup an account and burn through the credit, try to investigate it. Any idea what happens if you try to do other things without credit (i.e. send an sms)?
Afraid not. I think we need to do an end to end set of tests using an account with no credit
