This PR updates the Calibration Panels UI as follows:

Improved layout of calibration panels
Calibration panels in degrees by default
Updates to downloaded calibration files (downloaded version matches loaded version, description added, transformation matrix added)
Rtk2VehicleMesh calibration panel disabled by default
Console functions added for overriding added defaults (set units to radians/degrees, enable/disable Rtk2VehicleMesh panel)
Updated calibration-panels.js to ES6 module
