Fallout 4 mods keep being uninstalled #100

Recently changed where my Fallout 4 was installed on (from G drive to C drive) and I didn't transfer my mods, instead I reinstalled all of them. All plugins are activated and are shown in the plugin list but now when I open up NMM, it uninstalls about 50 of them every time and its the same mods each time.

In game, none of these mods appear, except for the .esp files being registered in the loadorder. This has never happened to me before and I've tried Googling the issue to no avail. I've even uninstalled the mods effected and reinstalled them from fresh site downloads and yet they still keep being uninstalled by NMM. What do I do?

Tried reinstalling NMM, didn't fix the issue. Reinstalled again with clearing the config settings and now all my mods have disappeared. Great.
