Describe the bugAfter installing some mods, I closed Nexus Mod Manager, now it shows most of my mods as uninstalled (without checkmark) even though they are installed.
Environment
NMM version: 0.83.6
Mod(s) used: I have too many to link.
I'm not sure what trace logs are or where to find them.
To ReproduceI'm not sure, any new mod I install looks to be fine.
