NMM is not opening #1248

Describe the bug Was downloading mod and got an error saying to restart because of some error and after restarting i keep getting error and NMM not opening

Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug.

Your config file is corrupt, uninstall NMM removing config files when asked and then reinstall it (make sure to select the same folders you were using before)
