V9 sentence links weren't prefixed with "Compendium." or "JournalEntry."
A function patchLink has been created which will assume this prefix if it is missing.
I haven't made any attempt to update the Actor fields to contain the updated value. The sentence code just locally patches the string stored on the Actor.
