Running a simulation in BiBO a few times causes the simulation to give strange results, fixed by reloading the crystal database

It was actually a problem with how biaxial crystal internal angles were calculated in 2D Cartesian mode. Fixing now, and in the process I made a Lorentzian version of BiBO....
