Commit 1 -- According to CMakeLists.txt in niftyreg_gpu_resampler,
niftyreg_module_loader.py should be a template file named
niftyreg_module_loader.py.in; building process fails otherwise.
Commit 2 -- Trying to use niftyreg_image_resamplig with niftynet results into niftynet falling back to use a non-GPU image resampler. This change seems to fix the issue.
