Add level up sound on virtual level up #4

I believe all level up sounds have two variants, similar to fireworks--one for normal levels, and one for 99. I don't know any of the sound effect IDs so this will take time to find.

This is a difficult feature to add as it requires RL API changes, because level up sounds are actually music tracks not sound effects.
