The nvim-dap wiki has been updated in line with the new branding.

Thank you for updating the readme. I think it's in need of a general overhaul.

@Nihilus118 If you'd be okay with it, I'd like to open another PR to add a section with the build/manual install instructions to the readme since I would have found that helpful earlier...?
