Adding project: Deepfake Analyzer #688

As a GSSOC contributor, I am proposing the development of a deepfake image analyzer. This project aims to detect manipulated or fake images by leveraging multiple advanced algorithms. The analyzer will enhance our ability to identify altered images and ensure content authenticity. I have already worked on some algorithms for this and would love to add more and improve the project before pushing.
