remember boost pad state #47

the checkpoint plugin should remember whether or not a boost pad was collected at the time of the checkpoint, as to retain the fidelity of boost-acquisition based positions

Thanks for all the great feature requests.

However, given Epic's trend of removing things from the game, at this point I'm worried enough about bakkesmod support being removed that I don't intend to invest much time into this plugin. I can review PRs and publish new releases, and I will try to keep up with critical bug fixes, but otherwise don't expect too much in the way of new features unless another contributor provides them.

i'm more leaving these as suggestions for anyone to pick up including myself if i get around to it.
