5 years ago FastHeal doesn't disable correctly on 1.14.4 with that outdated version.
Short description of the issue.
Every time i hit one player it gives a false positive in cmd: [21:02:52 INFO]: (!) FOREVER failed FastHeal (51VL) The player who got hit is accused of fastheal but he has nothing on his hand. I'm using 1.14.4 Paper 173
