How can I block a certain part of a command but not all of it? For example, I want to block /command a but NOT block /command b. When I add command a to the NCP block, it blocks all /command commands.

How to reproduce the issue (is it random / always happens / side conditions)?
Not an issue. Simply add a command to block.
Have you made any (noteworthy) changes to the default configuration of NCP?
Just a premade config.
Do you run any other special plugins that affect game mechanics next to NC+ (adding skills, machines, adding/changing blocks, other anti cheating)?
Not that it should affect this.
