Segmentation fault when using filecopytophone #21

Hi,

I am trying to use filecopytophone in order to copy a small binary on the
iPhone, while in recovery mode.

Switching to recovery mode works ok.
Once this is done, I do a reconnect, in order to exit / reconnect from the
shell in recovery mode.

I login ok. Then I try the command filecopytophone xxx.bin , then it exit
with a segfault.
