iPhuc don't work with iTunes 8 (didn't!) #24

The problem is: the old version of MobileDevice.framework have got the
method 'void AFCPlatformInit();'. But the new one have got 'void
AFCPlatformInitialize();' instead. You must only rename this method, and go
ahead! (Yuri Lo)
