Add console|terminal support for Node.js

Bring console support. Currently I do not see console support for the Node.js from Nodeclipse. We can add that allowing people to execute commands from Eclipse itself.

Yes, there is no console view provided by Nodeclipse.

But you can use StartExplorer that is included into Enide distribution. Maybe there are better plugins we could use.

In the long run, of course, we need pure console. Some options are:

• Aptana has very good console named Terminal.

• There is also good terminal component in Spring STS used for Spring Roo and Grails.

There already is an Eclipse console view which we can leverage. Maybe we can add some styling on stop of that to give it an unique look. A sample console used by OSGi. -
