Too many error messages in Error Log #44

When testing 0.4.0.201305181550 (in Eclipse for JEE 4.2.2) and project has 2 natures,

then just by opening previously closed project (Express), I got 22 Error messages.

When there are too many error in log, people tend to stop paying attention to that. (That is annoying, most people would just close Error Log View.)

I didn't got those errors in my environment. And is there any relationship between having 2 natures and those errors?

Let's try more.

This issue is not about that there are some errors, but about there too much of them, so that if one user reports only one, it has no sense.
