set debugging port in Preferences (was in RunConfiguration) #61

I propose to option to set debugging port in RunConfiguration. Like

Debugging port: empty defaults to 5858.

This will allow debugging more than 1 application at a time.

I have looked code, 5858 value is mentioned twice in debug project, have not yet figured out how it is passed to Debugger

Customizing debugging port is needed. OK. I got it.

BTW, When did the site "Cuctomer Feedback for Nodeclipse organization" open? I didn't know at all.

I have sent you email when I was starting trying it. Then you could see news on www.nodeclipse.org The service is superb. Please ask all feature requests, voting, "thanks" etc to be on the nodeclipse.uservoice.com, otherwise our issue tracker will become spam machine.
