Format/Content/Examples of jefconfig.xml config file? #2

When I run ./jef-monitor.sh , I get: INFO - ConfigurationDAO - JEF Monitor configuration file not found: "../norconex-jef-monitor-4.0.3/./config/jefconfig.xml". Assuming first time access of the application. Exception in thread "main" java.net.BindException: Address already in use

I would like to change the port, but I have found no examples of jefconfig.xml config file, nor any documentation about it :{

Oooops... Just found that the port is configuredin the file config/setup.properties :)
