What does this PR do?

Adds responsiveness to the Contact page (pages/Contact.jsx)

Description of Task to be completed?

How should this be manually tested?

npm run dev Go to Contact from nav

Any background context you want to provide?

Made some very small adjustments to components ContactForm.jsx and ContactInfo.jsx to fix responsiveness
