What does this PR do?

Updates Footer navigation to use NavLink for proper routing to the support page.
Refactors Footer layout for improved alignment and responsive ordering, matching Figma design.
Removes an unnecessary import from Home.jsx for performance.
Adds explanatory comments to SupportPage.jsx and SupportOptionSingle.jsx regarding FormModal usage.
Applies Prettier formatting to updated files (except Home.jsx).

Description of Task to be completed?

Replace button in Footer with NavLink to enable navigation to the support page.
Adjust Footer layout and responsive order using padding and conditional placement with useEffect.
Remove unused import in Home.jsx.
Add clarifying comments about FormModal in SupportPage.jsx and SupportOptionSingle.jsx.
Format affected files with Prettier for code consistency.

How should this be manually tested?

Navigate to the site and verify the Donate button in the Footer routes to the support page.
Check Footer layout and ordering on both mobile and desktop to ensure it matches the Figma design.
Confirm there are no unnecessary imports in Home.jsx.
Review code comments in SupportPage.jsx and SupportOptionSingle.jsx for clarity on FormModal usage.
Check that code style is consistent and formatted (except Home.jsx).

Any background context you want to provide?

These changes improve navigation, maintain design consistency, and enhance code clarity and formatting.
No functional changes were made to Home.jsx beyond import cleanup.
