Worked with Iryna to get POST request to work with UI. Successfully connected and able to add new machines
troubleshoot log level in POST request

Helped Jeremy and Maria get DELETE request to work with UI. successfully connected and able to delete machines from DB
Fix log level
Added exceptions for POST request

Added status codes to POST request
Tested GET machineID using Wiki instructions and was able to successfully read specific machine ID
Fixed issue in GET machineID where successful logs were not showing in function app monitor
Changed GET machineID to show debug level logs
improved GET machineID log details
added return http response for excepts in GET machineID
added status codes for excepts in GET machineID

Added close connection to database in GET machine
Tested GET machine using Wiki instructions and was able to see dictionary of machines
Changed GET machine to show debug level
Added return http response for excepts in GET machine
Added status codes for excepts in GET machine
