We want a couple ways to display speed, one over time and one just the current speed blocked by #110, #115, #114

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Configurable Height and width
• [ ] Subscribes to the current speed from the storageservice
• [ ] uses #110 and #115 or #114 respectively
• [ ] looks like mock
