Port Segment File to Shep 2.0 #4

In this ticket, the contents of Segment(.c & .h) should be copied over to the correct place in Shepherd 2.0 (within the "Core" folder). Find any and all references to Nerduino in these files, comment them out. A later ticket will involve switching these references to our new driver.

Note: im copying this format for all files, so there is a chance there ends up being no NERduino references in this file specifically.

Also, references to CAN can be commented out as NERDUINO. preferably make a like a big note or something with this to show that its driver stuff to be replaced
