We currently calculate DCL (discharge current limit) CCL (charge current limit), and the actual math should be the same
Desired Additional Features
We need to refactor this to work with new motor controller. I think this mainly means two things:
update mc CAN message to send the data in the correct format (bytes, order of bytes, etc)
ensure that it is correctly scaled, the datasheet says it should be sent 10x the actual value, but i dont know hwat scale we currently send or what unit it wants to be 10xed
