[Marker.io] fixed sticky menu bar is not shown on "api" and "campaigns" page whenthe user scrolls down on those 2 pages

Steps to reproduce: 1) open the api and campaigns page 2) scroll down and notice the nav bar

Actual result:user can see the top bar(with search and other options)

Expected result: fixed nav sticky bar should be shown (similar to other pages)
