locale modal needsimprovement for mobile devices 1) regions are not shown 2) clicking on "X" does not work (user has to click on a region below the X" )

another thing is: is it a requirement to show this locale modal on each page?

( when a user is one page and closes that modal without choosing any locale, and then goes to another page) @Druhin13 please check this behaviour too

1) please check my previous query on this 2) internal scroll bar on this "locale" modal is not smooth. its tough to scroll using that https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZX2cXnVjLZ ( windows10 64 bit chrome, resolution:1366*768)

issues for mobile are fixed ( that were raised in bug)

1) the scrolling using the inside scroll bar on that locale modal is still not smooth. ( as mentioned previous) 2) sometimes it shows the icon only at the top without showing the locale value

i dont know if something is done on this or not. now inner scroll is gone and if we use the only scroll present, it is not smooth again (reslution: 1366*768, chrome) https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZXrQCnVx9q @Druhin13
