Wrong focusing when removing book #473

When removing a book from bookshelf, the tab focus is not on the new popup screen, but still on the background screen.

Hmm - not really a new issue - but anyway, it would probably be really smart to focus on the pop-up screen - let's do that.

I've tried to add focus to no avail. I suggest we replace or upgrade simpledialog rather than fixing this. There's a simpledialog2 or we could use jQuery Mobile's built-in dialogs. If you agree @simmoe pls. close.
