Reading aloud of a book's length #486

KUA project writers have found, that some users expect to have the length of a book read alour to them in the beginning of it, since that is the way is is done in E17.

Possible solution: Make information about a book more accessible from within the book itself.

The same thing goes for the length of individual chapters.
