Version lyt-1.2.0_018 - doesn't autoplay when coming from index #518

When you open a new book and go to the index and click some entry, you come back to the player. The play button seems to be pressed, but the player is not playing. Instead, the player should always be playing when coming from the index.

As far as I can see, this is a bug that occurs on IOS. It works as expected in Chrome.

I have reproduced the bug on lyt 1.1.4 (using an IOS device) as well.

I'd like to postpone fixing this until the play controllers for version 2 are in place.
