ReferenceError: Can't find variable: deferred

When I try to open some of the books on my shelve, they don't open as expected, instead the loader icon stays on.

This happens only on two of ten books on my shelve - regardless of whether they are full text or books I've heard before. But it may happen that I open a book once, and it works, but second time i load it from shelve, it doesn't. When the issue has arrived the player is unusable, the page needs a reload before it works again

Can't reproduce on live - can't test on http://test.m.e17.dk/lyt-2.0.0_010 (server don't respond)
