@KRW-nota When noting browsers used in testing, remember to write its version number - in this case probably IE 9? Also add it for Chrome.
When you write that the system 'remembers your information', it sounds slightly vague. I might have written simply that your username and password is still written in the login edit fields.
When writing up the steps to reproduce, consider setting them up as a list of bullet points, with the title 'Steps to reproduce'. This makes it easier to skim.

Browser: Explorer (on live). Only happens when using explorer (tried on chrome as well).
When I log out from my normal user, log in as a guest and then log out again the page remembers my user information (user nr. and password)
I expect the system to erase the information
Steps: Log in as a normal user, then log out, then log in as a guest user, log out again and see if your login information is still there.
Happens systematically. Tried the scenario several times.
