Tilbage button doesnt work from bookmarks and index #551

Tested on new version (http://testmstr01/lyt-2.0.0_008/) PC Windows. Tested with IE 9 and Firefox.

Steps to reproduce: Fron the page that show the index of a book the return button doesn't work. Same error occoures when showing the list of placed bookmarks.

This should have been fixed now. Try testing here:

(Replace testmstr01 with test.m.e17.dk if using wireless network.)
