Audio problem on Mac safari and IE10

Tested on test.m.w17.dk/lyt-1.2.6_003

In the beginning of every chapter the first 1-2 seconds is played twice on Mac Safari, while it doesn't play at all on a PC with windows 8 and IE10.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a book and press play.
Forward to a new chapter eighter by tabbing the timeline or by pushing the forward button.
