622808, 621900, 621645 (SPS): unplayable #561

The books mentioned above are unplayable in LYT because the SMIL files refer to resources where the case doesn't match.

For instance, a SMIL file may refer to 28342FT.html, but this file doesn't exist where 28342ft.html does.

To fix this issue: write a batch script that replaces all defunct resource references (possibly by converting everything to lower case).

When this has been fixed, roll back commit SHA: d151ebd29bf5abb77021f6f7c91f6098bb0f72b9 in E17 to show the play button again for the affected books.

@simonmoe: this issue belongs on the server side, but we need to decide what priority it should have.

Fixed on master fd9223f2e32bfac8c6ba074754b877bd7f261d62
