Tested on live (www.m.17.dk) on Nexus 7 with Android 4.2.2. The same has been tested on my PC on chrome and there's no problem here.
When you log off using chrome on an android unit it doesn't register that you have logged off. That means that when you open a new tab after you've logged off you are still logged in.
Expected: I expect to have to log in again after having logged off.
What actually happens: You are automatically logged in.
