Clicking the "profile" icon when logged off shows two different views #569

STR:

  1. (not logged in) Click the "profile" icon in upper right corner
  2. There's a quick flash of a profile page with "You're logged in as No Name"
  3. The login dialog shows

Expected:

Clicking the "profile" icon should direct the user directly to the login dialog (if not logged in), instead of showing the intermediate "No Name" profile page
