Bookmarks placed in later chapters occours first on the bookmark list

Version: Live (+ http://test.m.e17.dk/lyt-2.0.0_014/) Ocours on all devices tested, and all browsers.

When playing a book with more chapters than 10, bookmarks placed in later chapters will occour first on the bookmark list. If there ex. is placed a bookmark in chapter 1,3, 4, 11 and 15 the list will show then in the following order: 11, 15, 1, 3, 4.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to m.e17.dk
• Log on
• Play a book with more chapters than 10 (ex. Harry potter og fangen fra Azkaban)
• Place a number of bookmarks, some of them in later chapters than 10.
• Go to bookmark list.

Expected: I would expect the bookmark list to show the bookmarks in order.

Fixed by above - Nota that bookmarks that have already been placed will not get correctly placed. This is due to some DAISY specific problems
