Use a module for deploy task instead of code in Cakefile

I've taken much of the work done by @jarl-dk and refactored it into its own repository ftpkick (naming that thing turned out to be quite hard...)

This shouldn't affect your settings or workflow in any way, but merely lessen the complexity of the Cakefile
