eZ Platform v3 compatibility changes: database and configuration #117

This PR includes changes to make the SEO Bundle work with v3.0.0 final. There were some changes in the late stages of the release, including deprecation of eZ Components database layer: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform-kernel/commit/cec50f4c7cc3f5489c99e099d17f25b9b0e4583a
