3 months ago I did everything the same, only I’m using the stock provided firmware from the creator as I’m using the SKR3.
Also stuck on Marlin screen.
As I don’t have any experience, any feedback or tips I should check are more than welcome!

Bug Description
Just tried to install an SKR Mini E3 V3 and tried to wire the connections for the stock LCD according to these pins, tx2 to pa10, rx2 to pa9, gnd to g, 5v to +5v. I also installed LCD Firmware, DGUS Reloaded and motherboard firmware from the GitHub . I get a display output from the motherboard to the LCD, just a screen that say marlin, but it's stuck on that screen. How can I get this to work? I don't know if it matters, but the fans don't turn on when being powered on and there is a solid red light when powered on. I assumed it's been the wiring for the LCD, but I have recrimped several times with the same outcome.

Steps to Reproduce
Tried using normal LCD wires, would get a blank screen. Will be trying a TFT35 display tonight.
