Need to add a set of initialization scripts and a README that users can follow to set up their environments so that IDL knows about this analysis tree.

nustar_solar_filter currently hard locks up the terminal window because (I think) it's hanging on a cursor command. I need to figure out a better way to do this, but at least it's getting close...
