[RFC] Define concrete Organizations, Events, and Talks

In order to more easily create specific and uniform scenarios, we need to standardize the values that will be used to create various entities in our code.

So far, we need the following entities, all of which require some raw data, and some require other entities:

Organization:

• name == "New York Developer Ninjas"
• organizer == "Alex Smith" (see RFC #169)
• description == "Community of people doing ..."
• City == "New York,US"

Event 1:

• title == "Spring Drink-up 2018"
• organization == "New York Developer Ninjas"
• organizer == "Jo Johnson"
• date == "2018-04-24"
• description == "During our spring break, we'll organize drink-ups only."
• venue == "Bar Goto, New York, US"

Event 2:

• title == "March 2019 gathering"
• organization == "New York Developer Ninjas"
• date == "2019-03-07"
• description == "Last meetup before we take our spring break."
• venue == "Bar Goto, New York, US"

Talk:

• title == "Joys of Programming"
• event == "March 2019 gathering"
• successfully claimed by == "Jo Johnson"
• unsuccessfully claimed by == "Alex Smith"
• venue == "Bar Goto, New York, US"
