Without an inventory system, which I'm not sure Falco has any intention of
doing, this is really very pointless. The reason players things (doors,
printers, other entities) disappear when they leave is because variables can no
longer point to them as being the owner of said entity--they have gone offline,
and are out of the system. Plus, you can't just leave things lying around in
the server; uncollected money printers tend to spam up servers and cause
stuttering, another reason why I changed my server's money printers to add to a
money amount variable rather than spawning money entities. But I digress..
An inventory system would be wonderful, but would take a lot of time and effort
to be perfected and fully integrated with what DarkRP has already established
as a working and popular roleplay system.

As for the inventory stuff, in my opinion, on DarkRP it's really really really
really easy to get rich on, this is slightly countered by people not been able
to save the things they bought on disconnect, if people could save what they
buy, everyone would be so rich it'd be just stupid, and very un-serious.
And don't say the only rich people are admins, cause they can set their money,
on my server we have the setmoney command removed, as well as the commands to
change the money printers settings, yet people still have loads of money.
Also, one of the main reasons people want an inventory is so their shipments
don't get lost when the server crashes. Seeing as the server could potentially
crash at any time, people would end up keeping all their shipments/guns in
their inventory, all the time.
This means the mobboss/gangsters can't rob them.
This leads to the mobboss/gangsters getting bored, and boredom leads to mingery.
The mobboss/gangsters having nothing to rob would then lead to them committing
less crimes, and thus the cops have less reasons to arrest them.
This leads to the cops getting bored, and boredom leads to mingery. It's even
worse in this case because as a cop you've got many more ways to abuse than
other players.
Cop/criminal roleplay is one of the most popular parts of DarkRP, lessening
it's potential would make DarkRP quite boring for players.
Good players who get bored, either find something new and imaginative to do, or
leave the server.
Bad players who get bored, minge, then either leave or get kicked/banned.
Either way, it leads to less players on the server, which makes everyone else
bored, and so on and so on until the servers empty.
This won't affect very popular servers too much, but eventually it'll hit them.
What will be affected most is the smaller, less known servers who struggle to
get players as it is.
And that's why we shouldn't have an inventory!

Well then how about vehicles? Have it so once u buy it, you can click the F4
menu, then select the vehicle u bought to spawn back. (If possible)

Same thing, someone would just put their car in their inventory so 1) they
don't have to find somewhere to park (i have actually seen cops going around
selling parking tickets once xD) and 2) no-one else could steal it.

Well for vehicles I would think it would auto de-spawn after they log off and
get saved. Then once they come back click F4 menu to spawn that car. But after
it is spawned, do not allow for the vehicle to be de-spawnable, or put back in
till they log out (if possible).
That sound better?

I can vouch that this is also happening.
FPP often does not seem to delete disconnected players props after the time has
passed.
