In a similar style as the "Advanced" convert to VTF window, maybe add something where you drag a VTF over the window and an option that says "Advance VMT" will take you to a dialog that allows you to add flags like "$translucent", "$decal", "$decalscale" ect. Leaving the "Simple VMT" option is still good for if you're making a basic texture and such!
