Create case studies and allow member "inquiries" about them #41

For stories such as IATA and OTA we should create case studies, stories, and ideally blueprints that clearly show how OpenAPI was part of the success, and allows other to more easily follow int eh footsteps of these organizations. As a member value, we allow members interviews (similar to Gartner's "inquiries") where they can talk to either OAI people or to somebody who was part of the case study. Scaling this could become an issue, but that's something we can address later if this concept gains traction.

Having spent 6+ years evangelizing APIs for the Delta I do have some experience here. However, @dret I am not sure what you are looking for. I do have some contacts in IATA org. that might be able to help as well.

thanks, but it's not that i am looking for anything right now, @miguel. this issue is mostly about OAI deciding that case studies could provide value for the public and for members, and then moving forward to spend time and effort on creating them.

we had peter sun of IATA in the OAI track in paris and he'd be willing to discuss what they're doing. he's relatively nearby (in geneva) so it could be relatively easy to create some assets with him and IATA's use case. but all of that in my mind very much depends on OAI then using these things well, which is the whole idea of the push to rethink the membership value proposition of OAI.
