API Roundup in the Linux Foundation #9

With KrakenD joining the Linux Foundation (LF) as Lura, we should do a roundup of all the API related projects within the LF and publish a story showcasing them. It would be nice to showcase how APIs are making an impact because of LF investment.

Maybe consider a separate roundup of CNCF?
