[IMP] Move partner.id field on top of form #22

@polchampion proposes the following improvement Action : Reprise de part pour personne physique en back end Improvement : déplacer le champ partner.id au début du formulaire, en-dessous de la case à cocher already_cooperator. Renommer le nom du champ en "Contact (if existing)".
