I have multiple engineers for the helpdesk who provide support to users. I want to add shift scheduling for that when admin assign ticket to engineer their availability and free/booked slots should be visible to admin.
I want to add comment mandatory while closing or reopen the ticket.
I want to add this two features if anyone can guide me. I will publish the branch to OCA helpdesk v16. Please guide me
